Product was what I expected. They need to work on their packaging though. The u-bolts were in a box that was much larger than necessary with no paper, bubble wrap or anything to contain them in the box. When the box arrived to my house, there was a sticker on it from USPS stating the box was damaged by machines causing a fairly large hole in the box and they were sorry. Long story short, I only got 7 of the 8 u-bolts I ordered, so couldn't complete the job they were intended for!
