Most orders under 20 lbs are shipped USPS priority. Most orders over 20 lbs are shipped UPS or FedEx.

Unfortunately, the custom U-bolts we make are made to order which is why we do not accept returns or exchanges. Trailer U-bolt kits, nuts, washers and U-bolt plates are returnable. Please see our refund policy for more details or email us at info@uboltstore.com.

Unfortuantely no, we do not sell custom galvanized U-bolts.

Unfortuantely no, we do not sell custom zinc U-bolts. But we do sell zinc coated trailer U-bolt kits which include U-bolts, plates and nuts.

If your order was made incorrectly, please email a photo showing the measurement error (with a measuring tape or micrometer) to info@uboltstore.com. If any parts are missing email a photo of everything you have received to info@uboltstore.com. We'll review the information and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
