They were just what I needed for my front axle Dana 44. I was surprised that it did not damage the threads when I had to drive them through the lower brace,were very tough. I also use the washers and nuts. When I do the rear end, I’ll be purchasing again.

Know longer need them . Was unable to return. Didn't know they were special made for me when I purchased them never got any tracking didn't know if they were shipped or not so I purchased u bolts locally an they showed up shortly after that . Was told I could not return then I offered to pay a restock fee but never got an answer so not happy with the u-bolt have not opened the package

The two U-bolts, washers, and nuts received are of excellent quality. For use on my '08 Ford Ranger 4x4 rear leaf springs, they fit perfectly and torqued down nicely. I am very impressed with the heavy duty quality and safe shipping of the hardware provided by the U-bolt Store. I recommend them highly and would use them again for similar products. The one photo of the U-boats not extending out of the collar nuts were with 9 inch U-boats, which I made a mistake on adding to Lee Springs making the u bolts short.
I’ve then purchased 10 inch U-boats and as you can see from the pictures they extend out of the collar nuts just the way I like. These are excellent bolts and heavy duty washers and collar Nuts are an upgrade from the standard flat washer and nuts half the size as is.
Yes I will always use U bolt store for my needs in the future.

The U bolts were excellent and the heavy duty washers and collar nuts were an unexpected surprise.
My bad was, I ordered them measuring my old leaf spring stack of four leaf springs. Before the U-boats came, I got the bright idea I would put a new set of the springs on that head six leaf springs which gained a half inch in heigh. However, that meant my U bolts were a half inch shorter extending through the top plate into the nuts. Even though I was 3/4 of a distance of the nut which equaled 9/16 which is good enough for threads, I did like not like having them not stick out of the collar nuts, so I ordered 10 inch bolts.

U bolts fit perfectly on my Dana 44 rear axle on an M38A1 US Army jeep restoration I am working on. Unfortunately the original U bolts couldn’t be saved. I also needed a custom length that other jeep suppliers didn’t have and/or didn’t really know the length I needed which is not a problem at the U Bolt store. Thanks!
